La Crosse Christian Church is committed to the great, historic, orthodox doctrines of the Church. As a New Testament church, we believe...

...that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, and the revealed will of God. (2 Tim. 3:15-17; 1 Pet. 1:23-25; Heb. 4:12) the revelation of the Father, who is the unchanging giver of every good and perfect gift, and who is disclosed in knowing Jesus Christ. (Jn. 14:1-17, 26; Ja. 1:17) the exaltation and deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, for we acknowledge His majesty in all realms, and His ministry to us as Savior, Baptizer, Healer, and soon-returning King. (Ro. 10:8-10; Mt. 28:19; Acts 2:4; 1 Pet. 2:24; 1Co. 15:51-52) the ministry of the Holy Spirit, whose objective it is to glorify Jesus, and who leads the Church into dimensions of spiritual fruitfulness, anointing and equipping the Church with power for life and service. (Jn. 14:16-26; Acts 1:8, 2:1-4)

...that all men are sinners by nature and that salvation is only attained by the grace through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ, that work being His death on the cross and resurrection from the dead. (Ro. 5:1-2; 10:9-11: Eph. 2:8-9)

...that the Church is the sum of those who have been born again by faith in Jesus Christ. We recognize the need for unity in the body of Christ. (Mt. 16:18-19; Heb. 10:15-25) the ministry of the believer, that the Spirit-filled Christian is intended to become a fully authorized agent of the Kingdom of God. (Eph. 1:22; 2:19-22; Mk. 16:15-18; Luke 10:19) the personal and imminent return of Jesus Christ to this earth, and that His appearance will bring final victory to the Church and establish His rulership on this earth. (1 Thes. 4:13-18; Mt. 24:29-31)
