In order to fulfill our mission, we are guided by these core values:

Worship: Responding to His call to worship Him (John 4:23-24), we actively cultivate a heart to love and honor God through personal and corporate worship, prayer and giving (Romans 12:1; Matthew 21:13).

Ministry: Following Jesus' example, we're called to take up the basin and towel as servant ministers one to another (Ephesians 4:12; John 13:4-5). We endeavor to follow the biblical pattern of team ministry through the basic Christian community (Acts 2:42-47), embracing God's gifts in one another (1 Peter 4:10). We desire to be a congregation of ministers and not a congregation with a minister.

Evangelism: Expressing God's heart toward a lost and dying world (John 3:16), we are moved with compassion and empowered by the Holy Spirit to reach our community and world with God's redemptive message (Matthew 28:18-19; Revelation 5:9-10). We seek to fulfill our apostolic call through community, regional and world outreaches.

Discipleship: We are called to follow God's design to bring every believer into fruitful maturity through discipleship (Luke 9:23). This will occur through equipping the saints to believe and obey the Scriptures through corporate teaching, small group discipleship and individual mentoring (Col. 1:28; Gal. 4:19).

Fellowship: We desire to be a friendly church that welcomes and embraces people of all races, rejoining the generations of young and old (Malachi 4:6). As we seek to nurture and expand God's "kingdom community" (1 John 1:1-3), we invest ourselves into strengthening, the family unit, living out biblical, covenant relationships, assembling together corporately and in small groups (Hebrews 10:25), and networking with other believers and churches in the region, "Making every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace." (Ephesians 4:3)
